Sixth Annual Winter Wonderland Party 2018
Hello Chamber Members,
Our Sixth Annual Winter Wonderland Christmas Party is Saturday, December 15th from 8:00 until 10:00 A.M. The event will be in the Hope Methodist Church Fellowship Hall on Elkhart Road. Invitation to this Christmas Party is designed for families who may be struggling this time of year and in need of assistance thru the Edwardsburg Food Pantry. Parents can sign up for the party and are given an invitation when they come to receive their Thanksgiving baskets. This party is strictly for parents that come to the food pantry for assistance. Families that have children must sign up that they are coming so we have enough gifts for all the children and plenty to serve at the pancake and sausage breakfast which is generously offered by the Knights of Columbus.
Please let us know if we can count on your help this year for this very special Christmas party. Your donation helps make this party which is designed especially for the children in our community to enjoy a fun morning and a good breakfast. Each child is given a small bag of personal items and they select their own gift for their age group.
We are looking for donations so please ask your family, friends, neighbors if they would like to donate for this special party. This party is “FOR THE KIDS”. We just want to make sure each child gets a present.
Each year it touches our volunteers’ hearts to watch the children with smiling faces come to the party. Just watching these children (and their parents) as they get to choose a gift, play games, do crafts and have a nice breakfast is heartwarming to us all.
