Village News July 2019

The Village Council met on Monday, June 17th for their regular monthly meeting.  There will be an open house at the Village Hall on Sunday, July 21st from 2:00 to 5:00 for John Monaghan.  John has been with the Village for 40 years, first as the Street Superintendent and then the Water Superintendent.  Come and help us say “Thank You” to John.

If anyone identifies any street lights not working please get the pole number and call (663-8484) or e-mail ( the village. Summer hours for the street department do not allow them to be here during nighttime hours to see burnt out street lights so they may go unnoticed.

The annual water quality report is now available on the village website.  The water quality report describing the source and quality of your drinking water is available at  Go paperless – Did you know you can receive your monthly utility bill by email?  Just call, email, or stop by the office and provide your email address.  Online utility payments are also available to village residents to pay your monthly water bill.  Please visit us at for more information.
